increase csgo fps

Hello! I really need som help with my pc and csgo. Earlier this year i played with my friends and run on about 120-150fps ingame.
in the summer now we took break and i reinstalled my whole pc, now the other day i installed steam and csgo again to play with my friends but my fps ingame is on about 30-50fps.
I have checked alot of guides and videos for fps increase, lowered all ingame settings and done some changed in windows and updated all drivers etc etc, but still no difference.

• Win 10 64-bit
• Inter Core i7 7700K @ 4.20GHz (37 °C idle)
• 16.00GB RAM @ 1068 MHz
• MSI Z270 Gaming M7 (40 °C idle)
• MSI Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 4095MB (58 °C idle)
• Zowie XL LCD 24" @240Hz
• Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GV

Per FPSBenchmark you should be doing significantly better than 30-50. You might want to grab a free tool like CPU-Z to check your system to see if you are having any component failures. Defragging is also an option, but probably not the problem.

Did you install some new software at this time, ie it wasn't on old PC?

Check what's starting with Windows, disable anything you don't need—Task Manager, Startup tab.

Look in Device Manager for any yellow warning icons—expand sections to see individual components.
Check Reliability Monitor and/or Event Viewer for any warnings around the times of the problem happening.
