Question I'm searching an old game...

Hello, it makes 3 years I'm searching about an old game I used to play almost 20 years ago on computer...
It was a game about robots, you had a spaceship, and destroying robots.
I remember it was a FPS.
I remember you had your spaceship to go landon the planet surface, then it was like a maze where some robots were trapped it, you had to kill them and do a task.
I remember they were an upgrade system that allowed you to upgrade your weapons and ship.
I try to remember the name but in vain... I need help, thank you a lot !

No it's not but it's maybe as old as it, but I remember it was in the first person camera...

That sounds really familiar! It’s giving me Descent 3 vibes with the spaceship and FPS mix, but the robot enemies and upgrades make me think of something like Shogo: Mobile Armor Division or even Forsaken. I remember playing a bunch of mech and sci-fi shooters back in the early 2000s, and some had that mix of flying and ground combat.
