I'm a beginner in LoL! What champions do you recommend?

Hello! Recently, I've been thinking about starting League of Legends. It seems like LoL has deep strategies and is interesting, but there are so many champions that I don't know which one to choose 💦 If you have any recommendations for beginner-friendly champions or tips for improvement, please let me know! By the way, I like ranged attacks, so I'm interested in ADC (marksman). I would also love to hear your memories from LoL and which champion you chose first!
