Basically can someone let me know if my FPS in games will be much smoother (play valorant, apex legends)

Well, the 5800 is faster than a 3700X which would be most noticeable at 1080p and below. And the 6800XT is a lot faster than a 2060.

Whether the difference will be perceivable and worth the cost of that upgrade for the Esports games you mentioned, for me personally no.. If you're trying to go pro I guess it might help you out getting 200FPS instead of 100.

youll probably tell the difference. but it might not be as amazing as you would expect. the 2060 is a good card and you have several more years before it really starts showing its age. you absolutely dont need the upgrade yet. but if you insist then i must ask
are you rebuilding your current pc or buying a different desktop?
id go for the cpu/gpu upgrade before the Christmas rush [the ryzen x3d may be worth looking into] if you are truly wanting to upgrade. 350 for cpu and 899 for a good 6800xt. id then look for a good 2 tb 2.5" sata ssd later on a black Friday deal or something. but idk what your budget is so yeah.
