I recommend an excellent wrist rest—Roccat

The current thread re injuries reminded me. I tried a few cheap wrist rests a few years ago and they broke apart within a month. I then spent a bit more on this one, which has lasted since—that's around 3-4 years.

I don't recall if I picked it because I was so happy with a Roccat keyboard I had—still have—which has a built-in wrist rest. Whatever, this wrist rest is still as solid as the day I bought it.

Funnily enough I've had the same one for about the same amount of time! I, umm, used to use pairs of socks before that also proved quite durable (and washable).
