Please read the link in @BrianBoru's post about LIMITATIONS ON NEW ACCOUNTS. They are in place so we can avoid having lots of people fly by to leave shortened spam links and similar trash posts that are immediately deleted.

i expect they getting warnings about spam or something. Thats only thing that could stop them making threads.
