How do the GPU manufacturers differ

I'm looking to get an RTX3060Ti or 3070 and I sometimes have a hard time deciding which of the different manufacturers and models I should go for.

Are Asus, EVGA, MSI, Gigabyte and Zotac each known for something either positive or negative? Does any of them have a line of products that tends to significantly differentiate itself from the others?

Once you've chosen to go with, say, an RTX3070 and you know that your case will be able to handle just about any GPU size , what types of features might you look for?

what types of features might you look for

First, a 650W power supply—the experts here will guide on good brands, all PSUs are definitely not the same.

Second, that your motherboard, CPU and RAM will not bottleneck the GPU.

Third, amount of VRAM—the more the better, some games require a certain amount to run well.

Fourth, that your cooling setup will handle the heat from such a strong GPU.

Fifth, whatever the experts posting later say!
