How do I play a game on steam

I am trying to play a game on steam but don't know where the download button is. My computer is a pc that has mostly up to date stuff on it and this is my first time using steam. This is the game btw https://store.steampowered.com/app/1316310/WAVE_RIDER/. Someone please help.

If you own a game on Steam, go to the game page and click on the Green Install Button at the top. Once the Game is installed, that button is replaced by a BLue Play Button, click that to play the game.
