i curently have a adata xpg 3000mhz dual kit on a B450M DS3H and i cannot find another kit at this mhz can i buy a 3200mhz same ram and put it at 3000mhz

I would check it on here to confirm they have tested the ram with the Motherboard - https://corp.adata.com/uk/support/dms/
As Ryzen CPU can be a little picky about what ram they use with motherbaords, and you might get errors using the ram you don't have now,
