Hello,

I am a complete noob trying to build a PC for my use case. After some internet research, I came up with the following setup. Can you guys help me check whether everything is compatible? Also, I am open to suggestions for changing components, as long as it doesn't result in a great increase in price.

Use case: Watch 4k movies/videos, calculation software, possibly play MS Flight Simulator in the future, browse the internet, many software opened simultaneously.
Overclocking: No
Additional Comments: Two 1TB SSDs, instead of one 2TB, is necessary in my case.

Nothing is showing up on your CM AIO and MB links. Are these components you already own?

I found them available in local stores here.
I will refer you to the manufacturer's link. Prices are in local currency converted to USD and more expensive than international prices (electronics are more expensive in my country), so not directly comparable.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360L ARGB V2 62 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (~$117)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B660M AORUS Pro Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard (~$330)
Video Card: GALAX EX GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB Video Card (~$325)

Everything works although you might want to size up on your gpu later on if and when you decide to try MS Flight Simulator.

Video Card:
My inexpert eye picked that out too as the main item out of balance with the rest of they system, which I guess would be more suited by a 30XX or even 40XX card. I'm not sure how a 1660 will deal with 4K load.

Monitor: … ($1149.95 @ Amazon)
Ooh, ouch, I can feel that here! :D
You're spending half your budget on the monitor. I recommend reducing that significantly and beefing up your video card.

Monitor is of course very important, it's what you look at all day, so for sure get what you need. You could get a large TV and a good 27" monitor for ~half your current outlay.

I could consider a RTX 3060 or 3060 Ti, but I probably should compensate the price difference.

I will try to find a cheaper monitor, but I like the idea of having a 4k ultrawide one. Maybe 2 regular monitors side by side would be cheaper than 1 ultrawide.

Maybe 2 regular monitors side by side
For what it's worth, I've used 2 x 42" TVs side by side for a long time for a combined work [1st priority] and play [2nd priority] system, and have no plan to change back to monitors.

These are a bit old, but show the trade-offs:
