Help me upgrade my pc

Hey everyone, this is my first time really trying to upgrade my pc, bought it pre built a couple years ago and finally want to upgrade it some.

Here are specs of what I have-
I5 9400 2.90 ghz,
Amd Rx 5600xt ,
16gb ddr4 3000mhz

My plans are to upgrade to a
Nvidia 3060ti,
Ram to 3600 cl14 ,
And possible add a m.2 ssd 1TB

Does all this seem like a good upgrade to you all?

650w is what's recommended for an RTX 3060 Ti.
