Question Helldivers 2—Low GPU usage (40%-60%) and high CPU usage (80%+)

In Helldivers 2 I get extremely low GPU usage and very high CPU usage.

I know this is partly because of the game's low utilization of my cores

But I'm wondering if there's any software fixes / overclocking / undervolting type things I can do to improve GPU usage and performance.

Uh no actually. High cpu usage means exactly that: it's using a high amount of your cpu. Helldivers is very cpu hungry. Your gpu usage is low because your cpu is struggling to run the game. Not because it's underutilizing your cpu. But yes, overclocking your cpu would help. Which will still show as the same cpu usage level, but it will let the gpu usage level come up a bit if you overclock.
