Question [HDD] My internal HDD is making this weird noise (not clicking sound)

My hdd is WD WD20EZAZ Blue 2TB 5400RPM Class SATAIII 256MB, and I bought it 4 weeks ago from a physical store.

Recently, I've learned that my hdd was making this weird noise.
Here's the link of the .mp3 file : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ruginAximut_RkbYaw29nmebm2lDxIi5/view?usp=sharing

Sorry for the background noise, but I think the noise from the hdd can be heard. It made that noise four (4) times at the beginning, and two (2) times at the end.
So what is this noise and what should I do.

EDIT: It is making that noise whenever I access that hdd.

That sounds like the motor spinning up and down. While it is not necessarily a sounds to be concerned about, it seems to be rather loud for you. How do you have this hard drive setting? Its is vertical or horizontal. Its is hooked inside your computer case or do you have it in a shell?

It is in a horizontal setting and is hooked up inside my computer case. Sorry for the late reply

There is that one time that my HDD made this noise that I can hear when I am 3-4 meters away from my computer. Also, this is a picture of my case and where the internal HDD is installed—https://ibb.co/XzFhSzp

The HDD cage is screwed from the button with something like a rubber. I guess this is to prevent any vibration happening.
