Graphics Card Recommendation

Thanks in advance everyone.

While I'm not new to computers I am certainly new to gaming and I'm converting my old work desktop into a gaming setup for my wife. She currently plays exclusively on PS5, but wants to be able to play some things that are not on Playstation yet.

Need advice for a graphics card with preferably 3 monitor outputs.
For games like:
  • Dead by Daylight
  • Call of Duty
  • Raft
PC specs are:
i9 intel processor
64 gb ramm
250gb ssd
4tb hdd

only 1 PCIe slot

Planned on purchasing a 32" 165hz 1440p monitor for gaming.
The other 2 monitors are my standard 27" 1080p LGs for work

Budget $500 or less preferable but if the difference in quality is significant I can go up to $750

Running windows 11. I assume she'll be using Steam
