What games are you hoping to play?

You might be able to use something like a second hand GTX750Ti/950/1050 to play older games if you can find one, but I'm afraid your CPU is below spec for most modern games, and your PSU too low powered for most graphics cards. Just saying it straight, dont get your hopes up to high :/
