GPU Fan 0 RPM detected but it is running at MAX Speed even on idle.

Hello,

I just bought a second hand graphic card SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 5700 XT. It seems to be running fine, just the FAN is not detected but it is running at MAX as soon as I turn it on. I went to check and saw that a Transistor is missing Q211. But the seller soldered resistors on R213 which is normally empty on normal card.
So on this one, Q211 is empty and R213 has something.

Can anyone help me on find the reference of the missing Transistors?

I can't find anything with the labels you gave to look for, on video. But since you know where they are on card, you know where to look.

Thank you for your reply, I checked this before. The thing is no one really cover the FAN part

it is just above the FAN pin connector
