I want to run a decent build for high end gaming and a friend helped me make this list I just need a second opinion please

Not really a good build. Old CPU and you would be better served with 2x16GB vice 4x8. Will look at other stuff, but those two alone are non-starters for me.

Is there anyway you could edit my build? The only things I have for the build are the case, motherboard, Power supply and ram

You don't need thermal paste. You should look into the Ryzen 5000 series of processors, instead of the 3000, in 2023. Up the PSU wattage, keeping the quality of the unit the same.
