What games do you play when your peed off , out of sorts or just grumpy.

For me their are 2 oldies i load up Grim Fandango and Stubbs the Zombie.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2. Bashing in the skulls of rodents of unusual size is a great meditative experience.

Recently it's been Center Station Simulator, which is a game mostly focused on complex crafting. It's involved enough to drag my mind away from most things.

Vanilla (that is, the version from around 2005-6) World of Warcraft. It's just my comfort game, but usually for when I'm sick.

So since I was sick this week, I did end up playing just a little bit...

I used to use Journey, it helped forget all sorts of things in the past.
Now I expect there isn't much life left in there... and I need a Wireless adapter for my Xbox controller before I bother playing it again.

Hm, i usually just play what im playing at the time when im mad. If im out-of-sorts in a sick way, i just dont play.

A comfort game though for me, right now, though would be diablo 4 because its simple to log in and just kill hordes and hordes of enemies even if its really not doing much to add to my character or whatever im doing in the game at the time. Ill also play Doom if im mad, i know i have in the past and it feels good to just super-shotgun everything in the face and get some aggression out lol.

I don't really stay mad for long enough to play a game to try and calm down. If I'm grumpy, I probably just need a nap. If I'm sick, I want to play something without a ton of thinking needed. I was sick earlier this month and took most of the rest of the month to cough it all out, so I stopped trying to play BG3 in hard mode and switched back to Distant Worlds 2, which I know well enough to do pretty good even with a sleep-deprived brain.

If I get too sick, I've got to fall back to watching movies/shows I've seen many times before or just listening to the radio.

RPG games like BG3 to enter my serene space or I fire up games like Postal or PUBG to let out some Steam. GTA V and Forza Horizon 4/5 is also fun games to play for letting out some steam since you can just pick a car and drive like a maniac. Extra cherry on the top in GTA V because you can drive in the most criminal looking car ever, the Armored Kuruma.

I suppose I'll add my two cents since I'm here. If I play challenging or competitive games it often exacerbates my bad mood. Here's a list of chill games I like that bring down the volume on life:
