Get tabbed out whenever I want to chat

Hello there,
Whenever I play game and open a chat room the screen goes on and get back to the screen i can't type accurately throughout the chat. anyone has idea about this, it usually occurs when i chat with the normal speed and use spacebar key during chat. if anyone have idea, please guide me
