Game suggestions similar to Sniper Elite?

Hey lads and ladies. Was wondering if anyone know any games similar to the Sniper Elite franchise? The kind of shooters I'm fond of are more or less with these characteristics:

-Has a campaign/story mode
-Historical time period
-Adjustable difficulty settings

EXTRA NOTE: I play Xbox, so PC-exclusive games won't work for me.

Call of Duty or battlefield? If your looking for more of a storyline that follows a sniper, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is the only thing that comes to mind right now thats on xbox and close to sniper elite. Its not in an "historical" setting but its centered around being a sniper.

DXCHASE already mentioned the best options so I'm gonna go and add "Spec Ops: The Lline" here. The story is a modern fiction and you don't snipe a lot but it has a great campaign and was well received overall.
