Game crashes multiple times on several occasion

Damn, a tough one.

I know nothing points to it, but at this moment I would be running checks on everything. Could you download memtest86 and boot your PC from USB stick with memtest - let it run for at least 2 full cycles.

Do a memtest, and check your hard drives. I'd try disconnecting your secondary drive and reinstalling one of your games on your boot drive, assuming you've got all your games already stored on your 1Tb SATA.

Actually im using my SSD as my Boot Drive, while i install my games in D drives
