i keep getting errors and game not launching and not even downloading

So i get this in EA App error whenever i launch FC 25 Showcase from steam (the pic)
AND whenever I try to install FC 24 from EA App it just says installing.... forever

I've tried SO many stuff like:
1- put the EA APP and EAbackground service as to ignore in the firewall and even disabled firewall completely!
2- reinstalling EA App
3- checking windows is up to date
4- clearing CACHE and restarting the app and restarting my PC
5- I don't have any antivirus

I'm tired of those errors, if anyone can help lmk thanks

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

It doesn’t delete anything, it just stops non Microsoft programs running with start. Easy to reverse.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

that will stop anything that isn't part of windows, the only AV you might have then would be defender.

there's barely anything installed, and when i checked the services what was running was just nvidia, intel, realtek audio and steam services that's it
but I will try it

has your router got a firewall built in??

That could be one thing stopping it.

If no applications running it shouldn't be your end.

defender will still run as windows doesn't let you run without AV anymore. I assume this is 10 or 11

yea win 10
and i just got a new optic fiber router couple months ago and yea it has firewall built in I can see it in the settings of the router
but I remember the problem was also there before getting this new router but the old one also had a firewall built in it
this is an image of my new router's firewall page ^

most routers do.

I don't know what that setting would contain.

I assume you never touched it? If its set by ISP you may need to ask them about your problem.
yea it's just how it is by default
last year EA App was working fine so idk what happened it just suddenly became like that
should I try and disable router's firewall? see if it changes anything?

could have unexpected negative effects

could still ask ISP, they may have changed something.
tried downloading game from my laptop and it started downloading just fine, so it is not the router since it was connected to the same router.

I guess it's probably something that's blocking ea app in my PC which is so weird idk what that could be

i don't think it would be drivers as I wouldn't think they cause that error.
I will have to think about it (2.40am not right time) as I wonder what differences are now.
okay so i think im onto something, by accident i came through riot launcher post thing, but then I remember that one day I installed the launcher to play valorant and it gave me an error and made me enable a feature in bios (I will put a picture of the error), after enabling that thing in bios it worked.
AND I saw that I was msging a friend before downloading that launcher about me playing EA App games, and after the date of me downloading that launcher and enabling that bios thing I saw that I made posts of me complaining about some EA App stuff so I think there's some correlation here

Note: riot launcher and valorant has been deleted long time ago BUT I'm talking about undoing that thing in BIOS might solve it?

the tpm shouldn't really effect your ability to get onto EA servers, but if you on 10, you don't really need it.

Vanguard thinks it owns your PC, I really don't like it much and also thought of it as spy ware.

Curious, do you have the latest BIOS on your motherboard?
What do you have anyway? Motherboard wise?

I don't know if it would help EA app but it might have Valorant.

Upgrading windows to fix a software problem doesn't always work. Often you just bring the problem along for the ride. It might work but it might not. Sorry I can't be more certain.

nope I don't have the latest bios, I've never updated it since I got my PC which is like 4 years ago

motherboard is gigabyte H510M S2H
also I don't understand the part you said about valorant? I got that error after trying to launch the game for the first time and after I enabled a setting in bios the game launches fine and worked well.
but that was a year ago and I already deleted riot launcher and the game a year ago

and yes upgrading Windows will prob not solve it but I gotta upgrade soon anyway since win 10 support will end in October
I think what will probably solve it is making a new user in the windows so that it will not have any potential services that I don't know off that is blocking EA App

that is possible too. It could be a setting on your user as well. That is pretty easy to do.

If it still doesn't help, BIOS update could also be answer.
Last one for motherboard is December 2023
Good thing all revisions have same page.

Seems your Board uses Q Flash
Don't update during storms or at times you may lose power.
