what are the codes on the ram stick that doesn't work? IS the 32gb 1 stick or two?
Was the ram in DDR5_A1 slot on motherboard?
see page 13

Did you try updating BIOS with the 16gb stick in that works, and then swap to the 32gb?
latest says it helps ram compatibility so might help.

Tomorrow i will try BIOS update. and I let you know what happen.
If BOUS Upgrade (F31e) latest can work 32gb ram?
  1. Checksum : 0577
  2. Update AMD AGESA 1.2.0.0a Patch A for Ryzen 9000 CPU performance optimized
  3. Improve DDR compatibility
