Question dell s3422dw

Hello, i have dell s3422dw and can't active in display settings 144hz. only 99.982hz is active. pls help me anyone if you can....

What GPU are you using? Also, are both your GPU and display drivers up to date?

Also, what connection type are you using, HDMI or DisplayPort? Are you using any adapters to connect the display?

i using palit rtx 2060 dual 6gb. connect with HDMI. i don't using any adapter 🙁

Are you using a quality HDMI cable, or the one that shipped with the display?

yes, i using last update driver 516.9. and HDMI cable is one that shipped with the display box.

Try a different HDMI cable. Be sure you have the display driver installed.
