Dell 3007wfp monitor for gaming?

I have this monitor as its superb for my work. But I have had this thing 10 years now and I bought it used. I think it may be around 15 years old possibly.

Would I be wasting my time trying to PC game or even PS5 game on it?

I used a 2560x1440 Dell Ultrasharp 2515UH(?) @60Hz for several years gaming and it was fine. One problem might be finding a modern GPU with a DVI port rather than HDMI/Display port.

I guess you can use an adapter, I dont know if it would affect latency or anything. I'd guess not as I've at least used a VGA-DVI adapter without issue in the past.

It would be ideal if I can use this monitor because I wouldn't need to spend more money on a new monitor. Fingers crossed the adapted doesn't hinder gaming.
