Computer freezes up and makes a terrible sound

Hi there, to start with my computer i got in November 2023, so its not even a year old. For some reason Every time I play a game now these days my computer freezes up and if theres any sound in the background it would make a terrible static sound and it honestly hurts my ears. I can’t do anything then hard shut down it. I clean it every Month since i thought it was overheating due to Dust, But even so it still freezes. I even go to trouble shoot it and it detects nothing wrong. I’m honestly worried cause My dad got me this computer for my birthday and It hasn’t even been a year and it’s having an issue.. Please help.

I bought it from Best buy in my town, I think i bought it on sale for 850? somewhere there!!
