Hello PC enthusiasts,
I have a question that I think many more have. It's about component compatibility now for future software. I am about to acquire a new PC2021 this year with these components:
Windows 10 (2014 release, support until 2025)
CPU / Processor: Amd Ryzen 9 5900X (2020 release)
Motherboard: Asus ROG B550-F Gaming (launch, B550 series, I think 2020)
Video Card: ASUS GeForce® GTX 1050Ti 4GB PHOENIX Fan Edition DVI-D HDMI DP 1.4 Gaming Graphics Card (2016 Release)
RAM: DDR4 16GB (2014-2016 release)
Hard disk: SSD M.2.
Reviewing the info tells me that the components of PC 2021 are compatible with Windows 11 (release 2021, support until 2030¿?)

This is my current PC:
Windows 7 (2009 release, support until 2020)
CPU / Processor: Intel Xeon E3 1220 v3 @ 3.10GHz (2013 release)
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. H81M-HD2 (SOCKET 0) (release, I believe 2015)
Video Card: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (NVIDIA) (2014 Release) RAM: DDR3 12GB (2007-2011 release)
This current PC supports programs and games like: AutoCAD, 3dMAX, Revit (version 2018, no longer 2021) Sims 4 (2014 release) Tropico 6 (2019 release) Genshin impact (2019-20 release)
But not games like: "the last of us 2 or Horizown zero down or GTA V"
In summary, this current PC supports Autodesk programs of 2018 and games of 2019 maximum of medium quality.

1.-I would like to know if what I am buying now in 2021 will be compatible at least until 2030 with Autodesk software? According to me, yes, since what matters most is the operating system, which by then Autodesk will require Windows 11, since W10 will no longer have support.

2.-The same with games, for games that require high quality (example the last of us 2, but applicable for the future) until what year will this new 2021 PC be compatible?

Since according to the next year 2022 the DDR5 and a new generation of AMD processor will come out, the Zen 4 with Ryzen 6000. Only that they will be more expensive, it seems to me. But as usually happens, I think that after a minimum of 3 years, that is, in 2025 they were already tested by the community and some errors that they might have fixed, if necessary, but surely in 2030 or earlier another new generation of processor and a new RAM will come out. DDR6, to say the least.

3.-What do you think, using this PC2021 and renew until 2030?

In total, yes it can, but it will be extremely outdated.
Please see here for your motherboard as you will need to enable TPM at some point before updating to windows 11 (I do not suggest updating to windows 11 just yet)
ASUS Motherboards Ready for Windows 11

Your video card is going to start off already outdated unfortunately as that is a 2016 model, it can certainly run some modern games, but it will be on the low side of graphics abilities.

As for Autodesk compatibility, you will need to narrow down which autodesk app you are trying to use. For example your GPU will likely work fine with Revit, but may have issues with 3ds MAX. You can look at requirements here:

Welcome to the forum :)

I am about to acquire a new PC2021 this year
Am I right that you don't have a choice about this? That's not a great PC by any means, even with my very limited knowledge of current hardware. RAM is replaced about now with DDR5, GPU will need replacing as soon as is practical, I don't know if motherboard will support new CPUs coming now/soon.

will be compatible at least until 2030 with Autodesk software
Autodesk themselves probably can't answer that one. I've never used AutoCAD, but I know it has a very wide range of system requirements because it has a very wide range of product variety.

I'll guess it uses GPU more than CPU, except maybe for simpler 2D use cases. In which case, your video card just won't do.

If you do any advanced 3D stuff, I assume you need top-range CPU for calculations and best GPU for rendering. Intel just launched gen-12 CPUs and Ryzen have new ones coming shortly. Recent Nvidia GPU 30XX launches seem to have a significant performance increase over the 20XX series—10XX is currently 3 gens behind, ie just not in the game.

For future 3D you also need fast storage—as far as I know NVMe is current best, don't know what's around the corner—and plenty of RAM, so DDR5.

for games that require high quality … until what year will this new 2021 PC be compatible?
It's incompatible today for "high quality", due to GPU.

3.-What do you think, using this PC2021 and renew until 2030?
No. If someone is selling you this PC, don't buy.

Here's another option worth considering. Pair it up with 3200Mhz CL16 RAM.
