did he come up to wish me a happy birthday? or to interrupt my game time because hes so very extremely hungry and is never fed? We all know the answer

All they had time to do was pull their kid, her trike, and a big beer cooler out.

Well at least they got the essentials!

That sucks though, bummer to see that happen im sure. VWS are just fun though, so iconic. When i was younger, i got a beoken down one, had arear fire too, i pulled then engine any tranny sanded everythin down and needed to get lits of parts. There were two other of similar year's broken down at two of my neigbors. I got both and between all three o got one working bug was great fun. I just love tose 60' an early 70s bugs. My cousin still has an all original 57 i think. I live those things!

Bugs are great in the woods too with bigger tire, go baha!

Yeah it was such a prevalent thing many started using the BlazeCut fire suppression device for the engine compartment.

IMO all this demonstration proves is you're far better off with preventative maintenance. It takes a little while for enough heat to build up to trigger them, and a fair bit of damage can be done by then.

The split windshield 23 window microbus camper with roof racks is one of the most sought after by collectors. I've heard the built-in rear rack ladder is not very sturdy though.

A whopping $70,000 for this one, and with zero underside or engine pics I have to wonder about it's mechanical condition.

Well, anyone who's ever owned a cat knows they feel they always have to be the center of attention in the house. :ROFLMAO:

I adopted a stray kitten once after my friend urged me to take care of the poor thing. It bonded with me right away, it would climb up me as if I was a tree, only to perch on my shoulder and suck on my earlobe. I'm sure it thought I was it's mama, despite my telling the poor thing I didn't have what it was looking for. I taught it to suffice with some warmed cow's milk in a bowl.

Happy Birthday! Got any gifts or did anything fun?

The cat might be hungry, but he also might be showing interest into your hobby or just wants to hang out near you for a bit.

One of our cats frequently harasses my wife while she tries to play WoW, including chomping on her legs. He doesn't like being ignored. Though I suspect he's just trying to get her to give him treats, as she spoils him far too often in my opinion.

I'm always suspect of the pet treat business. It just seems they put something in those more for taste than nutrition so people will keep buying them. It's all a trap though because that just causes your pet to go all the crazier and keep bugging you.
Absolutely, our cats go absolutely bonkers for treats. In my opinion they should only be used to train pets, but my wife just randomly gives out a whole bunch of them

Youtube seems unimaginative today, this list is normally way longer
N6nG1PW.jpeg

Why only 3 topics? Apart from podcasts that I rarely watch. One was titled Motherboards and not one video in area was about a motherboard.
The gaming choice just shows games I don't care about... Roblox is totally on my radar... Fork Knife, all the stupid live service things. It did show TQ2 so there is that I guess.

Its desperate lol. I watched a video on diamonds and suddenly only thing it wanted to show me was videos on rocks... until I blocked them all. That was just before I took screenshot.

Why doesn't it do that for topics I actually want to see?
Why can't I edit the selections to at least show what I want to see?

The trick most legit trainers teach the owners is just positive reinforcement. Better to give the pet a congrats hug, there's no addiction or withdrawls with that. I would ask first if a trainer uses treats and insist they don't, after all it's your money, your pet.

Have to waste some time on Friday changing details on two Govt accounts just so I can get a refund. My account for my medical card has different details to one I have just for general Govt business. One has the initial of my second name and I doubt they would remove it to match the other, so probably have to fix both.

If I try to link them online I get told to ring a number... but I don't think its that simple. I need to change my name on both to make them match. You can't do that online, only on phone or in an office.

Its easier to go to the office as coincidentally they are both in the same building. I don't really want to play phone tag. So I go down on Friday. It can't be that hard to get my name right.

My phone outright died today. It has charge, but it had turned off and ignored the power button. I plugged it in for 45 minutes just in case the charge somehow drained away, but it didn't help. Then I found out about the down-volume + power trick for Androids. That boots them up into some sort of debug mode. That let me start the phone up, and now everything seems good.

Maybe some software update brained the thing, and it was able to download a new update to fix the issue? <shrug>

Sorry for late response to the bday. I worked monday and tuesday, my real gift is being off (was my short week) the rest of the week just in time to play a good amount of the battlefield 6 beta. Thank you!

I did get stuff! I got to work! haha, my son gave me some prints of animes Vinland Saga and Beserk too, my wife...just gave me a card and some candy, i should be thankful for that lol

Honestly, its the same here when dealing with that stuff. Much easier to just go to some places than deal with their chat support etc. even for driving (DMV), like US govt websites are insanely weird to navigate

Food training is used for lots of training. Service dogs, that are used by military, police, or handicap, are mostly done with food reward, though if course you pet them and other rewards are included. Many dont even get their meals with out doing some sort of obedient training, (very quick). Food is just part of yhe training not the be all and end all.

The problem is not the food, its the consistancy. A dog isnt born knowing how to beg its taught. Most people dont even realize they are doing it, because the human is the one conditioned with the improper behavior. Oh look how cute you are here is a carrot every time they open the fridge. What kind of food you train with maters though as some have chemicals that make the dog want more, just like human snackfood that has crap that give cravings.

Dog training for most cases is about training the human, dogs are pure and corupted by people. They do have minds of their own, but they are not like kids that can take 10x the effort and still not behave. A dog is born wanting to listen and please, its just how they evolved. Of course high energy breeds need more work in the beging just because the dog needs more direction on how to focus its energy.

Good traing is all about consistency. If you ever notice a very well trained dog always looks at its handler first, its genetic.

I would say service dogs though are an exception to most that train pets. In those circumstances you can't afford to have an animal that's more concerned about whether they get a treat than the threat or emergency that needs attention. You would also expect people whom train service dogs to use food that is actually healthy, vs just a tasty gimmick, with God knows what in it.

I think we both have made good points, just in two different sectors of animal training.;)
