Question can this spec run Skyrim/The Witcher 3 that are heavily modded with ENB?

so here are the specs I have in mind to build. but I have to know if it can handle they heavily modded open world games. so if there are any suggestions to changed any of these components, please do tell.. your input is highly appreciated. thank you.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master ML240P Mirage

Motherboard: ASUS B550i ITX AM4

RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator 32GB

SSD: Kingston KC2500 500GB

GPU: ASUS TUF Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080

Case: ASUS ROG Z11

PSU: Corsair CF750M
 
SSD: Kingston KC2500 500GB
That stands out to me as far too little storage, and you should consider NVMe rather than SSD these days. Look here:

You shouldn’t have any issue. My buddy was running Skyrim on a rig with a Phenom II overclocked and a pair of Radeon 6870’s crossfired. Granted the game wasn’t heavily modded, he could still play with medium graphics on a machine he built in 2010. You have a superior processor and graphics card so you should be good. But like Brian Boru stated, consider using NVMe for storage, at least 1tb. Just mho..
