Question Can Destkop PC fan air and dust pollution cause headaches?

Old PC AMD FX-6100 CPU, GA-970A-DS3 Mobo, Cooler Master 500W ATX PSU RS-500-PCAP-I3.

Got to say, the PC looks very dusty. Could that be it? I always feel nauseous, when I enter room fool of desktop PCs.
Does PC affect air?
Can PSU emit some weird dust? Is there a way to clean PSU?

Thanks in advance!

why not clean inside the PC and see if it makes any difference.Dust shouldn't have any effect apart from raising temps and making fans noisier.

How many PC in room?

PSU shouldn't emit any dust. If it were to do so, I would get a new PSU.
No real safe way to clean inside PSU unless you know what you doing as can be lethal. I wouldn't do it.

Just one older PC.

I thought so as well.

Cleaning turned off PSU with Compressed Air is not a good idea?

Thanks a lot!
