Can anyone recommend any good Dark Souls and The Witcher Mods?

I'm already aware of Daughters of Ash and The Witcher 3: Enhanced Edition.

I'm just coming away from PS4 and interested in a decent gaming rig that will allow me to play mods of favorite RPGs, can anyone recommend any good mods for these games or the Fable games etc.? 🙂 Thanks in advance,

I also used the Indestructible Items - No More Weapon Degradation so I didn't have to repair the weapons and armour. I kind of hate games that do that when all it seems to do is make me have to carry/buy repair kits or go find a blacksmith and Jump in shallow water which came in very handy.
