Can anyone recommend any good Dark Souls and The Witcher Mods?

I'm already aware of Daughters of Ash and The Witcher 3: Enhanced Edition.

I'm just coming away from PS4 and interested in a decent gaming rig that will allow me to play mods of favorite RPGs, can anyone recommend any good mods for these games or the Fable games etc.? Thanks in advance,

All Quest Objectives on Map
Critical Slow Motion Combat Mod

I also used the Indestructible Items - No More Weapon Degradation so I didn't have to repair the weapons and armour. I kind of hate games that do that when all it seems to do is make me have to carry/buy repair kits or go find a blacksmith and Jump in shallow water which came in very handy.
