Building my first PC and need advice on a graphics card

Building my first PC and finding myself a tad stuck at the graphics card. I will be playing games like Cyberpunk 2077, Skyrim and online gaming. I am a singer and will be recording audio and messing around with music plus some photo and video editing. Also a student who does heavy research papers and making APA research posters etc.

CPU & Motherboard - Intel i7-9700F CPU and the MSI Z390-A Pro Motherboard

Memory card - ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D60G 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL16 Memory

Case - Thermaltake Core P8

Based on this, what graphics card would be best for me?

First of all what is your overall budget.

Can you tell us what monitor you have. I.e is it 1080p, 1440p or 4k and what speed it is 60hz, 144hz+.
Also how soon are you going to build your PC as there are both new GPU's and CPU's coming out in the next month.

Do you already have the other components as the i7-9700F is an old CPU and there are better newer AMD and Intel processors.
