Bottleneck

Hello,
I have a system built with ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero MB, Intel Core I7-9700K @3.6GHz with RTX 2080 Super.
I just added another graphics card to the system (RTX 3080 FE).

is my CPU being bottlenecked for me to get the most out of these two RTXs (driving one 32", and two 27" monitors).
Should I consider upgrading the CPU? do I need to?

So you have these graphics cards separately running these displays? To my understanding you cannot SLI between these two cards, so you won't be able to get any benefit out of the extra card in any single task like a game.

The word "bottleneck" gets thrown around a lot, often in unhelpful ways. By their nature, PCs will always have a limiting factor, and that's fine. What you want to avoid is a situation where one component's limit of performance is substantially lower than the others.

What are you using this computer for? Gaming, presumably? What else?

What performance are you currently getting, and are you finding it inadequate?
