Best gaming PC build for 1250-1500 euro

Hello! I am from Bulgaria and I'm looking to buy a new gaming PC since mine is starting to not run a lot of games I want to play/used to be able to play. I don't know much about computers, but I would prefer an Intel based computer since all my previous ones have been Intel based. As stated in the title my budget is max 1500 euro. The PC will be mostly used to play video games like For Honor, Bannerlord, World of Tanks, etc. I don't need everything to run on max graphics just want a computer that can run most games on medium or high. Appreciate any help.

For my last PCs I went to a local tech store and told them the parts I wanted and they ordered them and assembled the PC, so no preferred retailer but I do want a build rather than a pre-built.

Yes it will clear it due to the fact it's a single tower cooler. ^^
