I purchased this in May and it arrived today. Have you watched You Tube vidoes? I think the general gist is that AMD blows intel out the water and not break the bank.

Thx for the link. But I'm not sure if Asus is a good choice cause I've heard that it runs too hot and suffer thermal throttling

I think heat is a possible issue with every laptop.

I never had a gaming laptop myself, but it's also very dependant on where you put your laptop. When you play on / in your bed and it's on your sheets it might run hotter than when it's staying on your desk.
Also, because of a laptops limited size there always will be issues with disposing heat. I just don't know how well different laptop builders have solved these issues. I've heard them about MSI laptops too.
