Question Artifacts on screen when I turn on my pc

Hi,
When I turn on my pc or wake from sleep overnight, it keep getting this artifact that sometimes cover over half the screen then slowly receeds and goes away after a few minutes. What is it?

The artifacts you are experiencing could be caused by your GPU or monitor. You could try replacing the thermal on your GPU to see if your artifacts go away. You could also find a spare GPU to see if the artifacts are still present. Next, you can test out a spare monitor and a spare monitor cable or your monitor cable might need some readjusting.
