Apex legends account stolen

Hey, so i bought apex legends account form someone (the person lives in another country and i paid him with paypal 50$), and after 3 months the person changed the email back to his and got it back. Can i do something about it? I dont know if charging him is the way and if i can even do it

With all due respect, why didn't you buy an account yourself? When you entrust your money to someone you don't know, you're always going to end up empty handed.

I think he bought an account that someone else had owned and levelled. If that's the case I don't think you can do anything official as you were circumventing the Terms of Service. I don't know if you can lodge a complaint with PayPal. They can intervene in eBay disputes I think but if what you are doing is in a grey area I don't know if they will help. Worth a try at least I guess.
