Advice on the best cheap computer

I'm looking for a PC to buy and don't want to get the wrong one, I'm looking for a gaming one but I'm not very "knowledged" on the subject, if you could hp that would be great, first time buying.

So its the best PC you can afford but you haven't told us a price range, so the answers you get will range from useless (which is fairly normal around here) or way over priced. Hate to think what most expensive you can get costs now, mainly as they add stupid stuff in the bump up price... the edible gold of the PC world. Cases that open themselves for instance
