My initial budget was $1000 but I've well exceeded that. So I wanted to understand if the parts I've selected are the best for this range and provide me with the best possible performance for gaming? The memory I've selected is the 5200Hz one which is around the same value as the turbo boost of the CPU i.e 5.1GHZ to avoid overclocking. Is there anything I could downgrade, upgrade or change to make it better?

Please advice.

Thank you in advance!

Why not Win 11? 10 goes out of support next year, and 12 is likely to arrive this year.

You probably don't need the Pro version of whichever Windows—Home is cheaper, so check the difference.

How are you getting an OEM version, is it coming with one of the parts?
Nah, I have Windows 10 in one of the USB drives(I don't think its the OEM version though lol), so I thought I'll be installing through that. But yea, considering that there are not gonna be any future support, I might as well go for the windows 11. Thanks for the tip!

If your primary use will be gaming then I'd consider running that build like this. btw your choice of RAM will result in a bottleneck.

I see, thank you for this. This is my first time building a PC and my main intent would be gaming, streaming and editing.
Just to better understand, could you help me know how the bottleneck would happen? As far as I see, the processor has 3.8Ghz base with boost upto 5.1Ghz and the RAM has advertised speeds of 5.2GHz. So shouldn't this be compatible?

High latency such as CL38 means bad for gaming seeing how games take advantage of low latency. If you go with a DDR5 build for gaming then you want DDR5 6000 CL30.

I see. Makes sense. Would you recommend the XPG Lancer RGB 16GB DDR5 6000 Mhz CL 30-40-40 1.35V Desktop Memory RAM - AX5U6000C3016G-CLARBK sticks for my setup? Also, sorry if this is another basic one, but here I see 6000Mhz. So would that be a bottleneck anywhere?

Don't know about where you live but here in Swe retailers sell OEM licenses like Candy because MS don't care one bit. :)
