I think PCG should do an article on this. Batty made a website where people can post a session for any game, any platform, any date, and others can confirm their likeliness to show up and play that day. He made a video about on Youtube called I made a website to revive dead multiplayer games: GameDate

Right now, people have made Friday and Saturday events to play UT2k4, Battlefront II, The Hidden: Source, Garry's Mod Slenderman, Crysis Wars, Ricochet, Blur, Dungeon Keeper 2, and more.

People are popping in from all over the world, too.

It seems really cool, I hope it works out. I like that they used the old Steam colours.

My only concern would be security. IF a game has security issues, this site will tell hackers all over the world who's running a game they can hack at any given time.
