PCG Article 6 games that caught our attention at Gamescom 2022

A new RTS, an open world RPG, a narrative adventure game, and more exciting Gamescom surprises.

I love talking about games that are 'coming soon'. It's at least as much fun as playing the games I already have.

Some highlights:

1. Wes Fenlon thinks the new RTS from Petroglyph sounds a lot like Total War, which is what I thought as well. Now that someone else has said it, I'm really wanting to keep an eye on this.
2. But I'm now obsessed with Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles
3. Some former Telltale employees worked on the Gearbox sequel to Tales from the Borderlands.
4. The Case of the Golden Idol apparently has a great demo, which I'm downloading as I type
