I don't use any adapters currently. They are plugged in in different parts of the PC as per picture: https://postimg.cc/0K7PGr5R Just quite confused why some days it takes many restarts and re-plugins to get both monitors working, whereas today both worked instantly.

I see. Well the card may be upgraded in the future, but regardless I don't think that the second monitor needs to be a 4K even if it can be ran in the future. Any suggestions at all for perhaps a slightly smaller 1440p second monitor?
