I think it’s combination of the above because even if the FPS drops a little I get a stutter. I don’t get a constant FPS all the time so the frame time is everywhere.

So I turned it off Vsync in control panel and tested the line that keeps going across the screen on the demo and saw screen tearing even though it says gsync is on.
