Ok so I randomly looked up "NZXT CAM Freezing" and found a guy that had the exact same issue in great detail. Apparently NZXT CAM hates something with our PCs. I'll uninstall that and find an alternative

I use NZXT Cam, Astro Command Center, and ASUS GPU Tweak II. Those were the only things open alongside Discord and iTunes when it happened a few days ago. Any of those seem fishy / unnecessary?

Yeah I'm on high performance, turned off anything sleep related, even somehow turned off the ability to sleep mode the PC. Could it be scheduled defragging? Just turned that off

I've tried tons of stuff on Windows to fix it, of course including reinstalling it and different versions. What could I try?

Hello, about a year ago, I upgraded most of the components in my PC. Everything but the GPU, SSD, and PSU. Every now and then (seemingly random) my PC just locks up / freezes. It seems to happen most when the PC is either idle or has a video / stream playing for a while. It happened recently...
