    I swapped to a different motherboard, from a different vendor (asus) and a different chipset (x670e) and it had the exact same issue...

    I've also tried 4 different sticks of ram individually in all 4 slots, no change.

    I just got the exact same mobo+cpu combo, and I have the same issue. DRAM light comes on after a brief CPU light flash, then stays on...
