Can YOU brew up a fitting game title?

How about "Face of Evil"? haha... took it from Zloth's signature.

PC Gamer's Game of the Year (the biggie)

Didn't realize there'd be that much hate for an Early Access game to be included as a candidate for a year. I mean, by competition fairness, yeah it's a good point, but at the same time-- If someone plays your game in Early Access, that's THE playthrough. A minority comes back to play the game...

Are there any games like Brain Age for the PC?

Brain Age is a bunch of mini-games focused on puzzle-like mechanics that really test... idk. Math and random cognitive testing and something. There's Dr Kawashima's Brain Training for Nintendo Switch, but I want something for the PC.

    Game Launchers—combine your Libraries

Does it track unclaimed games in Humble Bundle? If I launch a game through it, is it gonna send me to that game's launcher or execute it directly? I know for a fact that if you play a .exe straight from the Windows Explorer, Steam doesn't track your playtime. But if you launch it from GOG...

Question Which game worlds blew your mind?

There was a sunrise/sunset video with Minecraft and Raytracing. That really wowed me.

Do all games we install make Windows Registry entries?

As a one-year Unity developer, I can say that I have never coded a line that directly messes with RegEdit, so it must be a Unity thing.

What are your favorite horror games?

Oh I abhor horror games. I can't stomach playing them. I do want to make a horror game because it looks easy and cheap enough to make. I mean 5 nights, Slenderman, and Sonic.exe do not look that difficult to make lol. But as far as a favorite, you know, I really like this really short game...

What makes a AAA Games Company

I also want to just tack on this image from Reddit. (not that I've bought of any these games before) source: View: https://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/qzjkah/the_why_you_shouldnt_have_preordered_a_game/

What makes a AAA Games Company

What YouTube has told me in marketing is that 1) You should spoiler your game to stand out from the competition and 2) lots of people just buy things because their friends are buying them.

Help an old guy out - recommend a game for kids for Christmas

I know this is a PC Gaming forum, but I'd like to recommend a website for board games. I feel like board games are much better for the multiplayer experience because it takes out the hand-coordination aspect. https://boardgamearena.com/ And on top of that, try out "Solo". It's like Uno. As...

Weekend Question: How much free storage space have you got on your PC?

I have two disk drives. My brother bought me one because he said they were cheap at the time and I ventured by plugging it in. Such a huge difference. Total Hard Disk Space Available: 1196902 MB I still have to clean up my hard drives with TreeSizeFree from season to season, but not as...

Let's talk about Epic Games Store.

You're right in that companies are only looking out for themselves for more profit. But at the same time, it would be nice if Valve's competitors could actually be competitors in terms of customer experience. There have definitely been some bought companies and witnessing it once is enough for...

If you had to choose two game characters to accompany you on a dangerous mission, who would you pick?

Sonic - Must have childhood hero lol. If there's any missions with killing a lot of metal things in an allotted amount of time, he's really good at that. Link from Breath of the Wild - He can stop time. If you need strength, you just need to stop time and slap the thing multiple times. He can...

Weekend Question: Do you vote in the Steam Awards?

I don't really participate in the voting. I was hoping to be super interested in whoever won, but even after the fact, seeing a game in Steam Awards only makes me happy if it's a game I've played. Every other game still looks uninteresting.

Are you a part of a game's community?

What I mean is... does a game become a recurring topic in your life? Because for me, it's generally a short one-time topic and the rest of my friends move on to whatever. We don't play the same games. I've put 100s of hours into Age of Empires II, Diablo, and tons of games, but I never felt...
