I don't have a set budget to be honest... I get that without a budget the "best" would probably be the most expensive - and I know I can't afford that... But for the same if this thread, what a budget of day £1k get me some upgrades that would be worth while?

I have the NZXT H500 case and a NZXT 3-series 650 watt 80+ hold modular psu

I currently have a pc that I built for gaming and working with 3D software like Houdini and Cinema 4D. It's about 4 years old now, and I believe it's about time I start to look at making some upgrades. Upgrades that I want to see me through the next 3-4 years. I'm just not sure what direction...
