    I can’t get past the boot loading screen. I’m completely stumped.

    I’m building a pc for a coworker right now. I’m using my old parts and her m.2 and HDD that has her windows os on it. Well I’ve set up the boot order so the m.2 (her OS is on this drive) has priority. When I exit out of the BIOS, I get to the screen I posted above. It freezes almost right away...
