Halo Infinite looks pretty good so far and it's coming to Steam as well. I'm liking how a lot of good first person shooters are coming out this year. I am a bit disappointed with the lack of gameplay with STALKER 2 but they nailed the atmosphere. Also Fable!

Replaying the System Shock demo made me go back and reinstall Thief and Deus Ex. Also I started a new playthrough with System Shock enhanced edition.

Command and Conquer 3 won't work on an integrated gpu. You'll need a dedicated graphics card to play some of the more 3D heavy games. Also all games like the ones you've listed work on Windows 10.

I agree that these types of games would do with more info on what kind of factors like line of sight when moving to a different grid, description of a status or initiative rank. XCOM 2 breaks down the chance to hit percentages if you're flanking, on higher ground, etc and gives you a target...

While Cities Skylines is amazing I haven't managed to sustain a thriving city for long since I can't figure out optimal traffic routes. Caesar 3 and Pharoah were my favorites a while back and I really loved the art style used in those games. The dialog from your citizens was hilarious though.
